Deacon 8875-Thin Sealant

Deacon 8875-Thin Sealant is a thin, heat curing, sealing compound for threads,  gasket dressings and metal-to-metal surfaces.  8875-Thin is designed for high-temperature, high-pressure applications. The fully cured product is unaffected by thermal cycling and forms a pliable, mechanical-type seal that will not hinder or interfere with future maintenance operations. When applied, 8875-Thin will flow, filling small voids and surface irregularities, creating an effective seal between thread, gasket, and flange surfaces.  As the product cures, it will expand.

For a thick, fibrous product, use Deacon 8875 Paste Sealant.
